Absolutely! We highly encourage patrons to get into the Halloween spirit by dressing up. However, please be aware of the following guidelines:
• Lost props or costumes cannot be recovered until the following business day.
The Haunted Forest Experience retains many natural and outdoor elements to enhance the overall adventure. As you traverse the forest, you can expect to encounter uneven ground, duck under obstacles, navigate inclines, and walk through rough terrain in dim lighting conditions.

This year, the Haunted Forest is hosted in partnership with Green River Brewing and Taproom. You can find us at their location, where you’ll not only enjoy the Haunted Forest experience but also have the opportunity to indulge in good food, drinks, and seasonal activities. Each year the Haunted Forest will present an exciting mix of new themes and characters along with the old ones you’ve grown to love! Although… this year is sure to be scarier!
STICK TO THE TICKET TIME YOU PURCHASED. We strongly recommend arriving 15 minutes early for your allotted ticket time. This gives you time to find parking, check-in, use the restroom, and receive instruction from our line attendants. Late arrivals will be accommodated to the best of our ability, but we cannot guarantee that you will be able to go through the Haunted Forest due to the highly scheduled nature of Haunted Forest tours. Remember, refunds cannot be given for late arrivals.
Absolutely! We are aware of a common glitch in the ticketing system, and we are working to resolve it. Rest assured, all tickets are transferable, so you can use them even if your name is not on them.

Due to the seasonal nature and limited times slots for our event, we cannot offer any refunds for any reason. However, tickets can sometimes be transferred to another date if we are given 72 hours of advance notice. Please reach out to hauntedforestca@gmail.com for assistance.

Please note that we cannot process any ticket changes within 72 hours of the original ticket date. So, make sure to reach out to us in advance if you need to modify your booking.

The Haunted Forest is typically open rain or shine. If the weather becomes extreme enough to cause us to close down, your ticket will be transferred to another date. If no transfer dates work for you, please contact hauntedforestca@gmail.com to work a solution for your situation.
